Whether you’re arriving by car, train or on foot, we’re easy to reach — and once you’re here, most of Killarney’s best-known sights are within walking or cycling distance.

Getting Here

By car

From Cork or Limerick, follow the N22 into Killarney and continue south on the N71 (Muckross Road). Killarney View House is on your left, roughly 1 km from the town centre, just before the entrance to Killarney National Park. There is free on-site parking for guests.

By train or bus

Killarney Railway Station and the adjoining Bus Éireann station are a 15-minute walk or short taxi ride from the house. We’re happy to help arrange a local taxi if you let us know your arrival time in advance.

By air

Kerry Airport (KIR) is about 20 minutes away by car. Cork Airport (ORK) is roughly 90 minutes, and Shannon Airport (SNN) is around 2 hours.
